This is Chenin Blanc taken to a whole other level. Sophisticated yet refreshing. The fruit was barrel feremented then aged in neutral oak for 24 months. The result? A dry, crisp, elegant white with notes of fresh melon and pear. Extemely well balanced. Sensational with shellfish and ideal for the coming summer months.
