We saved the best barrels until last of the 2012 vintage. This is a rich, well integrated red blend that emphasizes Cabernet Franc along with a few other Bordeaux varietals (Merlot, Petit Verdot) to create a complex, enticing experience. It was aged 36 months in older french oak barrels to reign in the powerful fruit. The wine is dense with deep berry flavors and notes of earthy spice ending a long, satisfying finish.
